Born and raised in the metro Columbia area, I take pride in my work and managing a professional, light, and fun business environment. I am a home-based stylist that also does house calls for a travel fee. As a home-based professional, I request that we maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions. Thank you for choosing Super Novah Beauty! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following appointment policies:

Booking, Deposits, Cancelations, and Late Polices

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through website or personally with me. A valid phone number is required to secure your appointment.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than the required notice period will result in loss of deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may require full payment before booking future appointments.

  • Clients are allowed a grace period of 10–15 minutes. Arrivals after this time may result in a $15 late fee, shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation (deposit forfeited). If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Hair Preparation, Service time, and Satisfaction Policy

  • Clients must arrive with clean hair! Blow dry is NOT required. Please book a wash service if wash is needed.

  • Service times are estimates and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and style.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. Adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

    By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed above.

Payment Methods

Accepted payments include cash or Zelle. Remaining balances must be paid in full at the end of your appointment.
